The Crew

A small room of founders and operators who ship. Three calls a month, one of them open to everyone, and your startup in the directory.

How the calls work

Every call runs for 45 minutes on video. Everyone gives a sixty-second intro with one ask and one offer. Then we split into small breakout rooms matched on those asks, and come back for a ten-minute round-up of who's helping whom.

Crew Calls are members only, on the second and fourth Thursday of the month. Smaller rooms, deeper asks.

Open Deck is on the first Thursday and open to any founder, free. Members bring guests, guests meet the Crew, and the best of them join.

Small print

Who is it for?

Founders and operators building SaaS, agencies and service businesses, from first customer to a few million in revenue. Bring help, not a pitch: no selling to members.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from the billing link in your welcome email or on the members page. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

What goes in the directory?

Your startup's name, website and a one-line description, which you give at checkout. It's public, gets its own page, and disappears if you cancel. Links are marked as sponsored, as Google requires for paid listings.

Is this a sales pitch for Grow with Ghost?

No. Ghost is the editor's other company. It doesn't get a slot on the calls.
